Summertown with a new song "Country Road"

This is a new group I ran across called Summertown.
They are about as good a group as I have found in quite a while.
They have a very polished professional sound and they harmonize together as good as I have ever heard.
You will love this group as much as I when you give them a few minutes and listen to their live video performance of "Country Road". Below is a link to their youtube channel ..Well worth the time!
They will be playing live at our Nashville Ear Songwriter Stage next month.
Enjoy!

"The Vasectomy Song" for all you guys who got one!

Scott Marshall has written a really funny song about getting your nads cut to make your wife happy. So for all you guys who were talked into this procedure, Scott wrote a song about getting a vasectomy and the joys of this surgery,
Take a few minutes and make yourself smile, especially if you did not get this done.

New song on The Nashville Ear by Larry Evans

Larry Evans from Canada has sent in one of his award winners to add to the Nashville Ear Showcase of music. He had these words to say about it:
Here's a song I won the Budwieser Talent search with and was nominated by the BCCountry Music Assoc. in 3 categories, including song of the year, male vocalist and producer...that was back in 1993!!
Still a great song and a good record on it that I wish someone would cut today!!!
Kick back and listen to all of Larry Evans submissions on the Nashville Ear here:

New Songs on Nasville Ear by Kristen Lagasse

In the style of the old west coast coffee houses with smoke filled low ceiling rooms listening to a solo acoustic guitar playing and singing original songs, Kristen Lagasse is adding her stylish guitar playing and singing.
I am sure you will love her music. Come hear a few rare special unique songs played by the songwriter herself. This lady is one very talented entertainer. I would imagine that you will hear from Kristin Lagasse in a big way sometime in the near future.
She is that good!
