This 25 min songwriter video story was sent to me by email. Mike Purcell was asking what I thought of his songwriter project. I have posted this because he explains his songwriting process in extreme detail. Something not many people have spent the time explaining. Many of my members on the NashvilleEar.com social networking site ask me this question about how to get started and where do the lyrics actually come from. Ric talks about his feelings and how he writes his songs. Pretty darn interesting Here it is: http://youtu.be/Xedi9d1A4y0

Bill Warrington singing "Where's There A Will" at the Fontanel

"Where's There A Will There's A Relative"
Excellently written song by Bill Warrington and Gerald Smith.

I met Bill Warrington at the Fontanel while we were running the NashvilleEar.com Songwriter Stage.
Bill was a really nice gentleman and is one of Nashville's veteran songwriters. Bill wrote this song with co-writer Gerald Smith.
It just so happens that it is true when a relative dies everyone shows up to see whats left. It ain't right but it is true. This song is one of the funny songs that tell a good story and has a good ending. You will like this one.
