I play my guitar like some people smoke cigarettes. I am compulsivly reaching for it. Music is, and has always been my constant companion. I thank god for this gift. When I write I never start with an idea. I just find a melody I like and I let it tell me what it should be about. I admire those people that grind out three or four songs a day.
